We caught up with boss babe Sarada of Satori Body and got a glimpse into her morning routine as well as some of her go-to fits for a steamy workout 💨
WHAT IS SATORI BODY?
Satori Body is essentially about feeling good. Right now it is comprised of the Pilates classes I teach in Noosa and a curated selection of activewear/ lifestyle stuff on Instagram.
Eventually I would love to create an online platform for people who are looking for an alternative to the standard online selection. Movement and excercise doesn’t have to look one way.
It can be fun, it can be silly sometimes. It can be sexy. It’s about longevity, it’s about finding what works for you and sparks joy. THAT is Satori Body.
What do you do to get motivated for the day?
Bala. Caffeine. Music. Activewear. I have my toolkit to get me going.
Your most loved work out?
My class (obviously!) or a Melissa Wood health class.
Fave workout playlist?
Ooh this changes daily depending on mood. Sometimes it’s some 70s inspired Moon boots or some basey Oliver heldens. Always an eclectic mix to get me feeling gooood.
Go to activewear piece?
Cute leggings. Obsessed with the first base zip front leggings. I could do anything in those. Meet a date, run a class, take over the world.
You will always find me in a cute crop and leggings with some Bala. Or a bikini, love my bikinis.
Fave super model?
I love 90s Supermodels because of their charisma. Anyone who has charisma and is truly passionate about what they do, it draws me in. I can’t get enough of that energy.

Why do you dig First Base ?
First base captures that sexy, street, effortless vibe so well. I have first base campaign pics saved in my phone from years ago that still inspire me.
First Base understands that as much as we like to work out we might also just want to sit in our activewear looking cute and have a cocktail!
