So, what does that really mean? Let’s break it down.
Being ethically produced on a top-line level means that all our factories are audited by a third party to ensure that they are WRAP (World Responsible Accredited Production) compliant.
Because we believe in investing in the future of our factories and their workers.
The WRAP certification’s 12 key principles are:

Our factories are audited bi-annually to ensure that these standards are upheld.
Additionally, our team visits the factories annually, so that we can physically see how business is being done.
Being ethically produced is important to us because we are talking about basic human rights being met, standards that you or I would absolutely expect in our working environment.
The more companies and people that initiate these audits and ensure safe and fair working conditions, the sooner it will become the norm.
By accepting to work with factories that do not provide ethical conditions for their employees, we would be condoning the practice.
